PORIN Development Agency was founded in 1996 as a business incubator and since then it has been continuously developing as a support institution for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and since 2004 as a development agency. PORIN Development Agency represents unified activities for overall development in the area of the City of Rijeka. It was founded to provide systematic support in the start-up and further development of economic entities of the City of Rijeka.
