RESTART Resilience and Training for SMEs

RESTART Training & Tools represent the combination of training and operational tools that partners will develop for the benefit of Micro, Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and their “staff” (both entrepreneurs, managers and workers) to empower them with skills and competences and equip them with tools to embrace innovative business models and practices emerging from the 4 areas:

1. Innovation & Servitization
2. Digital Transformation
3. Localization
4. Sustainability

The training will be developed on the basis of the Cedefop guidelines for “Learning Outcome Training” and framed between 4 and 6 of the EQF. Moreover, the competences and skills will be aligned with the definitions of the ESCO, to ensure portability and use with the Europass mechanisms and in the EURES tools. The training will be designed to be easily accessible (digital) and user-friendly (short, direct, with reference to praxis, case-study and example based). Models of gamification will also be implemented when the content and format of the training will allow it.
